Fibromyalgia - the latest science and strategies.

I’m so aware of the lack of reliable information about Fibromyalgia online – so I wanted to create something specifically for those living with the condition.

This video presentation hosted by The OT Link platform is based on what I have learned over a number of years from post-graduate studies in pain science and the stories of my clients and friends living with Fibromyalgia.

I co-facilitate a free Fibromyalgia support group with a person living with the condition. The group aims to be informative within a supportive atmosphere.

Those diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and their immediate family members are welcome!

We meet in the upper highway area outside of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, every 6 weeks on a Saturday afternoon.
